X-Ray Loopogram is a contrast radiographic study used to examine the ileal conduit (urinary diversion loop), ureters, and kidneys after urinary diversion surgery. Contrast dye is injected through the stoma (opening), and X-ray images are taken to evaluate the urinary tract. Purpose: Used to detect obstruction, leakage, stricture, reflux, and postoperative complications of ileal conduit urinary diversion.
