X-Ray Cervical Spine Flexion View is a specialized imaging test used to examine the cervical spine (neck bones) while the neck is bent forward (flexion position). This view helps assess the movement, alignment, and stability of the cervical vertebrae during motion. It is commonly recommended for patients with neck pain, suspected ligament injury, spinal instability, cervical spondylosis, or trauma. The flexion view is often performed along with the extension view to compare spinal movement. The procedure is quick, painless, and usually completed within a few minutes.
